I dunno if any of you guys watch this show but it is like my sliced bread outside of 'rasslin. I'm not one to watch that much TV nowadays and follow series by the episode (used to do that with CSI, but now it just got out of hand, now I'm like WTF Warrick and Sara are gone ICRAI), but House is just the shit. Hugh Laurie as House is pretty much what holds the show up, but I'm not complaining. And I'm quite pissed that the writer's strike shortened this season by a notable chunk.
So... anyone with me here?

House is by far one of the best shows out there. Interestingly enough, the character House is a parody on the sound Homes, aka Sherlock Holmes. He follows the same methodical exploration of facts and both have drug addictions to boot. I read about this extensively how they modelled him to fit the Sherlock Holmes mold. The greatest thing ever would be if Dr. Perry Cox and House worked together for one show. Ratings!

This much, I know already. I love the way he just breaks down a person without breaking a sweat himself, and everything else, really. If I was a girl I'd be so in love. Having said that... I don't understand Grey's Anatomy's appeal.

I just finished watching part 2.
It was... really sad. A real change of pace from the previous season finales.
It just makes me want to see Season Five more... Cuddy asleep holding House's hand, should that mean anything?

I actually thought Part 1 was much better than Part 2. Part 2 was pretty much like any other episode...expect without the happy ending where House figures out everything and saves the day. Also, Part 1 was much better because it had the Cutty stripping scene.

I think the fact that part 1 is a bigger race than part 2 (or at least, they made it seem that way) makes it better than part 2. But that's not to say that part 2 wasn't hard-hitting.

Honestly I think Part 2 was better than Part 1. Yeah Part 1 had more effects and cooler things going on. But Part 2 took a serious look at the characters and how they are all effected by this. Maybe it's just me but I loved the character development and the look into their minds more than I would a normal House episode.

I dunno, I felt Part 2 was a little more relaxed than Part 1 despite the circumstances, so there wasn't much adrenaline to excite me. Still loved both, though.
Anyone find it sad that no one else stayed or seemed to visit House at his bedside?

I'm wondering what they are trying to setup for next season. A war between House and Wilson? Obviously Wilson is going to hold House responsible for Amber's death. And I could see the old interns taking Wilson's side, but the new interns taking House's side.

I dunno, it looks like cooler heads are going to prevail, and someone's going to realize this:
Amber and Wilson have no one else to blame for Amber's death but Amber herself. House didn't order her to pick him up at the bar - he specifically wanted Wilson to do it. Her decision to go out is what caused her involvement in the bus crash. House did say that he should've been the one who died and she should've been there at all.
Wilson's just distraught over her death, and that one's understandable too. House is part of the reason why Amber's dead... but he's not the whole reason.

I don't know it's easier to blame the cynical still breathing best friend than to blame the dead love of your life.
