Okay. I was saving this message for when we post Deliverance, but I noticed that we've got a new sign-up and I figured that I have to get this out sooner rather than later, lest we get any more hopefuls.
Simply put, I am shutting down Vendetta Championship Wrestling. It will cease to operate as soon as the Deliverance main show is posted.
Why? Because we cannot handle this anymore. All the no-shows from both active roster participants and staff members, as well as the constant quittings, are beginning to be too much. Myself, Bmore, Mass Chaos, Feyd Brisbane, Chris Austin, and everyone who has put forth an effort to participate in this federation and write each and every show do not deserve any of this being screwed anymore.
Personally I had wanted to keep going and call it a day when we are completely dead. As you can see, we're still not, but even though we've still got guys who are willing to promo, we are severely lacking in the other end. VCW shows, since Crimson Dawn, have been written by THREE-MEN staff, so for those who dare complain about the slowness of VCW, that's something for you to think about. I realize that it is unfair for Dano, for CAK, for Giordano Jazz, for Slegna, because they will not have a chance to participate in VCW again, but there is nothing that I can do.
I congratulate Chris Austin and Feyd Brisbane for being the last Sanguine Champion and the first and last World Heavyweight Champion, respectively. I just feel sorry that all their efforts will now be put to waste, especially when I've divested time and effort into building up and promoting their characters, among all of you who put out the effort, as well.
To VCW's critics who have predicted that the federation will not last long, I guess you were right. But I'd just like to say that the staff is not to blame for VCW's demise, as we have tried our very best to bring you an engaging product month after month. Everyone knows why this had to happen, and that's all I will say.
Now if anyone wants to get all sentimental and book a farewell card, then by all means, go on. But I will not be in charge of it. If you guys want it, be my guest. If not, then VCW will die quietly.
Last of all I'd like to thank those who gave their time and effort, and those who stayed with us from the very beginning. You guys know who you are, and all of you are class acts. Threep and I had fun running this joint, for real. Its time had just come, is all.
See you at FMW and LPW.
